Streakly (“the app”) is a habit and streak tracker for Android. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: it doesn’t send it anywhere, because it can’t.
What we collect
Nothing.
Streakly does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal or usage data.
The app does not declare the Android INTERNET permission. Without that permission the Android
operating system will not allow the app to open a network connection, so it is technically incapable of
sending your information off your device. You can verify this yourself by inspecting the app’s manifest.
There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting SDKs, no advertising libraries and no advertising identifiers.
What is stored on your device
The habits you create, their schedules and reminder times, the days you have checked off, and your theme preference are saved in a single file inside the app’s private storage area. Only Streakly can read it. It never leaves your phone unless you deliberately export it.
Backups you create yourself
Settings → Your data → Export backup writes a .json file to a location you
choose using the Android system file picker. Where that file goes and who can see it afterwards is entirely
under your control. Streakly does not upload it.
If you have Android’s system backup enabled for the app, Android may include Streakly’s data file in your device backup. That is a Google Android platform feature governed by Google’s privacy policy, not by Streakly.

Streakly requests no location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage or network permissions.
Children
Streakly is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual habit from its detail screen, or uninstall the app to remove everything. Uninstalling deletes the app’s private storage, including all habit history. Because nothing is stored on any server, there is nothing else to request the deletion of.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new “Last updated” date.
